Staff wishing to change their working model — for example, from on-site to hybrid, or hybrid to remote — must submit a Working Location Change Request. This can be done by opening a Service Request via the internal AI Agent or by manually completing the Service Request Form on the HR Portal.
Your request should outline your current role, proposed work model, justification, and any required equipment or access changes. Once submitted, your line manager will review and forward the request to M’s office for approval. Most decisions are communicated within ten working days. Staff are reminded that no change to working arrangements is valid until formal approval has been issued.
