Agents and staff working under hybrid arrangements are required to book on-site days in advance through the MI5 Workspace Scheduler. This internal system ensures proper allocation of desks, meeting rooms, and access permissions aligned with daily occupancy limits.
When scheduling, select your base office, specify arrival and departure times, and include any equipment requirements. Requests for secure meeting rooms must be tagged with the appropriate classification level; these bookings will be verified by Security Administration before confirmation.
Staff are expected to check in at reception upon arrival and release unused bookings promptly to allow reallocation. Regular failure to attend reserved slots may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
